Udah lama ku ga nongol disini krn kesibukan IRT. Pengen setor poto body aja deh krn timbangan lg nganan, lg ga ada penurunan efek hormon. Pola makan lg di maintenance/surplus skrg krn msh OTW target 🍑 dan ABS. Met malam semua.
