I am expecting a slight gain within the next week. It was our anniversary on the 28th and we had chinese, followed by pizza and Ceasar salad today and then we are going out for supper tomorrow. I am trying to eat fewer calories during the day because I know I will be indulging...oh well what can you do? Not realistic to say that I will NEVER eat bad or too much. Just need to work harder to burn it off. Well I am off to the eliptical now.
