well I am doing not too bad. keeping my portions small and eating more fruits and veggies. I've been on the treadmill 3 times in the past week and am planning on doing some tonight. I've decided to start slow with walking for 30 mins at 3.5mph. going to try longer on weekends. here's hoping to a great year of getting fit!!
