Because I didn’t learn to Maintain a healthy weight, and because I treated Weight Loss as such an Accomplishment, I’ve been a Yo-Yo on the scale for decades. After losing about 30 #, I’ve spent the last few months working on the balance of eating healthy without turning down whole Social events because: the food. I’m working on not demonizing certain foods or treats. I’m working on not needing to punish myself with deprivation or physical activity because I ate too much “junk” or because I Screwed up my plan too many times. It is Difficult! All these things are habits I’ve had probably my whole Adult life. So here’s a weigh in. Numbers are up a little since my last one but the sun is still shining and the earth is still turning, my grandkids still Love me so I think I’ll keep working on this. I actually have about 10 more to lose so, let’s get on it. And keep Learning
63.6 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
