I never got into the 5:2 diet but forgot to change it. I do most of my logging on my phone or tablet and I don't know how to change things on them. So My starting weight on my own diet is 149. So far I am down 4lbs since January 2. That is fantastic for me and I am super excited about it. I hope I am able to keep it up to get to my goal weight for Capri weather. :)
