I have to get back on track! I ate/drank way too much this weekend and the scale is showing every bit of it! I've been eating so many carbs that I am not surprised! I started today off with a not so great breakfast but it was yummy. Getting back on track for sure though! I am glad my offical weigh in day isn't until Friday so I have some time to get rid of what I put on! Elliptical here I come.
