Ok I am such an emotional eater it is disgusting! Been a blah few days, today being the worst so I gave in when the hubby wanted pizza. Oh well. Bad timing when I just started a weight loss challenge. I will get back on track. I am having more and more "bad" days with my last 10lbs to lose. I know I have to work harder but am having a hard time. You would think I would have lots of time since I am home on mat leave but it just isn't happening! I guess I have to put on my big girl panties and get it done! I've lost 27lbs so far with my diet and exercise, I just need to step it up and lose the last 10. I know I can do this!
