I'm tired, stressed and tired. I've been trying to use my CPAP for better sleep but keep waking up with air leaking and not being able to get it to stop. I don't know how to exercise when I'm constantly exhausted. Things that normally bring me joy just aren't doing it anymore. I have no friends to hang out with and my husband doesn't take my concerns seriously. FML but I've been eating well for 3 days. I'll keep on keeping on and see where I go from here.
