Well I am up .6lbs from last week. Oh well. I haven't been exercising like I was. I am giving myself a bit of a break until Monday and then I am going back at it full speed ahead. I am not going to go crazy and eat everything in sight and I am still going to exercise, but I am not going to stop myself if I want a big bowl of ice cream (like last night!) Going to go for a run tonight when Chad gets home. Truth is I have been so bloody sore since the boot camp I haven't wanted to do anything! Monday will be my starting point again. 5.2 more lbs until I am considered at a healthy weight. I know I can achieve my goal!!
