It's been a long time since I've been on the site, however I want to get down to at least 195 pounds and possibly down as low as 190 pounds. I was down that low quite a while back when I was using the site, but have regained it since then. I've been working out with weights at the gym much more the last three weeks, though it hasn't really affected my weight, it's just creased my strength and overall health.
93.4 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
