Started cross-fit last week. It is kicking my butt !! Having trouble breaking some old habits from weightlifting but getting better. I'm not much on worrying about what the scales say. I'm just looking forward to dropping sizes in my blue jeans!! Hopefully these workouts won't kill me first !! Thankfully I've got a buddy who competes in crossfit showing me the right way to do things.
