I was for a short while down to 198 and did not stay as disciplined as I might have, so I lost 2 pounds in a week. It's okay, but I'd like to do better. I'll get down to 199 lbs. by nest Sunday, the 25th of Sept
91.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
