I am extremely excited about todays weigh in! 2.8 more to be at my goal weight! I can't believe it! It just goes to show that when you put your mind to it, you really can achieve anything! I've tried to lose weight before without success. Now I know that I wasn't 100% focused then! I am so focused now! Happy dance!!
