Great Day of Walking.. Made it back to my old stomping grounds through Forest Park and back. 7.5 miles in 2.5 hrs, my legs are stiff and my feet are sore, but it was worth it.

WOW 20 MILES in a week! And it all started with taking the 1st step to get out and "Just Do It" 8-)
