Thanks for the info on the Whoop, Watchy. That's what I'm looking for. Something to help me pace myself a bit better. As I get older I am finding it hard to get the balance right in exercise and food intake 🙂🤔

No problem if you get one you’ll have to let me know what they are like. Just be aware I think you pay a subscription too once you have the watch but not 100%
