22.6g average grams of carbs per day last week. Only three days but happy enough with that. Get weighed this Friday. Protein intake 🆙 Good fats 🆙 Water 🆙 Sugar ⬇️

Only day 4 but tracking certainly helps me. Building better habits hopefully.
