i haven't been strict with my food for the past 2 weeks. i've skipped breakfast and also had some heavy foods but i've been drinking lots of water and exercising. i need to increase my exercise though. Ihave a limiting belief that I can't jog so i'm trying to conquer that belief now and go on the threadmill more.

i'm going to be working three days a week but i dont know what to eat for lunch at work. I hope to have breakfast but dont know what to do for lunch.

I'm still happy with my weight though i haven't lost anymore since my last weigh in but i haven't gained so that's good.
Getting back to the strict regime now.
85 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Start small - plan on ten minutes at 2.5 miles per hour for a week, then go 15 minutes. Get up to 30 minutes total, and then start going faster. Only change the rate every two weeks or so. Lunch - make your lunch at home so you know what you have! Good Luck!
