Hari ini menu makan beratnya sok kebarat2an saking bingungnya mau masak apalagi dg menu ayam 🤣

Muba: cari di google kak BMR calculator. Nadif: resepny cuma pake saus spaghetti instan kak 😂Tinggal tambahin bawang bombay n dada ayam cincang n air secukupny biar meresap ke ayamnya. Tapi Walaupun pake saus instan tetep harus di takar ya sausnya utk ngontol kadar garamny biar ga trlalu tinggi.
