I was over my calorie goal yesterday because I enjoyed pizza with my family. But my activity was also up because I went to the gym in the morning and then walked with my nephew 1.5 miles in the afternoon. So it seems to have been a wash weight wise. Back on track this morning with baked oatmeal and Greek yogurt.
