Weird day. I decided to try swimming for the first time since last summer. Well the swimming part went well as I was able to do 20 laps. A little slow but steady. The trouble came before going swimming and discovering that trying to find a swimsuit in my closet was going to be the issue. The cute new suit I bought last summer was almost falling off me dry. It wasn’t worth risking in the pool. Next two suits wouldn’t stay down over my bottom and I am way to big in the rear end to leave it hanging out in public. The last suit was tolerable and kept all the essentials covered. I guess I need to shop for a new suit for this year.
I also rode an exercise bike for 6 miles and didn’t 1 1/2 hours of yard work before going to the gym. I am slowly laying pavers to park my motorcycle on and they weigh at least 40 pounds a piece. I figure they count for my strength training this morning.
