Well it's Monday ... I did pretty good considering it was the Easter Weekend. Hope everyone else did well! Had my turkey, sweet potato, veggies - NO roll, butter, gravy/sauces, NO CHOCOLATE - Wow especially considering I'm a chocoholic!!! I'm not going to weigh or measure just yet. I did last week, after 8 days on YOAD, and was very disappointed, no loss!! I've been advised that it's not unusual for this to happen and to stick to it. So, I feel better, so I'll just keep going! Anyone have some advice for a "Newbie", I'll take any tips you can offer!! Thanks :)
