olahraga apa ya yang cocok buat skinny fat? udah coba banyak gerakan dan durasi.

otot sih emang keliatan tapi lemak masih gak turun. masih gelambir. yang ada badan keliatan lebar. bb malah tambah melonjak. haduhhhh
