So previously
I ate bad breakfast foods, bacon and sausage regularly / daily I ate chocolate daily and sometimes a lot of chocolate I ate takeaways 3/4 times per week I drank fizzy drinks with takeaways but to get value ordered the 2 litre bottle not the can of juice.
Not done any of the above since the 4th of May and what seems odd to me now is i am not really craving these things like i used to. Previously i would walk through fire to get chocolate now i am not bothered at all..
Unsure if this is normal, i quit drinking smoking 20 years ago and drinking 15 years ago and currently have the same desire for chocolate and a can of coke as i do for a pint and a cigarrette, its really weird i almost feel like i have kicked a sugar and fat addiction (This may change but for now i have done 12 days without fried breakfast, chocolate, take aways or fizzy juice.
Hoping this is permanent is i will become a skinny mofo
