I don't feel like I am losing any weight this week :( I am staying well below my calorie count, but I feel fat!!! But I am not getting on the scale until Saturday morning, don't want to totally depress myself!!

Sometimes if you go too far below a certain calorie level, your metabolism slows and you may not lose or even see a gain. Every person is different. On the other hand, you might be presently surprised. Good luck, hope you have a great loss.
