This is what happens when I don’t eat well while traveling for three days. Part of it is water retention from prepared foods. Part is more food with similar level of activity. Let’s see if I can reverse most of this damage this week. I have a goal of 250 by the end of August.
121.7 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 24.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
