OK...here I am again... up even more weight. Ugh. I am going to try fasting. I did my first day starting last night at 535pm until 935. Most days I am going to aim for 14 hours but I wasn't hungry this morning so I went for a couple more hours. I ate really good, with the exception of dinner. it was home made sloppy Joe's. it was delicious but I didn't need 2. I need to really work on my portions. I would love to be down 20-30lbs by my 45th birthday in January. Fingers crossed.
