Didn't get the chance to have breakfast and found I wasn't all that hungry come lunch time. So I made up for it with a 4 egg frittata for tea with sausages, bacon, and mixed veg. And beans on the side lol

That looks fantastic, just a little tip though. Try to eat something small even if you are not that hungry. Whilst you have the calories available for that meal, your body will be thinking there is a lack of food and go into starvation mode. So it will be more likely to store the energy from the meal. Also this app reminds me that if I am generally resting in the evening I should only need 500 calories to see me through the night. All said I am tempted to make the same for lunch now 😊

Phil, I did nibble on two of those 90 cal chocolate bar things. I was hoping it would make me hungry to have a little sugar boost but it didn't work. Yesterday ended up being very stressful so I'm blaming the stress for my lack of appetite. I'm off to the shops to buy some yoghurts today so if it happens again I've got something a bit healthier than chocolate bars lol

Stress can definitely do that, along with the weather if it’s nice. I am of the opinion that as long as you eat something and it’s not too bad then you should be fine. It’s important to put everything in here as it helped me realise how much I was eating with snacks and drinks. When I first started using this app I was over 100 KG (16 st, 4 lb) but lost 30 kg and got to 11st 12lb with no exercise and a desk job. The exercise came once it was off.

I did record the bars. The only thing I tend not to bother recording is the milk I have in my coffee but that's because I have a minor calcium issue thanks to my pregnancy and I don't want to start limiting what little milk I have because I'm fixating on the calories lol. Other than that, everything goes in the diary. I just only take pictures if I'm especially impressed with my cooking hahaha

What ever it is you are doing and how you are doing it is clearly working for you as it shows in your journal. Congratulations and keep it up, you are doing a cracking job 😊
