Day three of diet, I've also kept up with the 30 min cardio per day, and did reps with weights. I haven't actually weighed myself to see where I stand but drinking the protein shake in between meals have really curbed my hunger and i've been feeling better overall eating more often and smaller meals and have kept in the 1200 to 1500 calorie limit. it's really great! I cant wait to see if i loose any weight by the end of the two weeks
