This is my umpteen time at trying to get back at the points thing! I had gotten down to 153.5 and wanted to see 150. Well, now I'm around 165 and just can't seem to stick with it. I work out 6 to 7 days a week but can't seem to stick to my points. I don't understand why it seemed so easy before and why it seems so hard now. BUT I WILL GET IT DOWN AGAIN!!! The holidays always throw me off. I know this works, you just have to do it! And I can and so can YOU!! I quit smoking about 9 years ago, so I know what you are talking about there, congratulations on kicking that bad habbit, now lets kick somemore :0) good luck!
