Good Morning all.
This is my fifth try at WW and I am hoping to get some feedback. I have had success at this before but had a hard time sticking with it. Has anyone else had multiple attempts before they were able to stick with this?

This is my umpteen time at trying to get back at the points thing! I had gotten down to 153.5 and wanted to see 150. Well, now I'm around 165 and just can't seem to stick with it. I work out 6 to 7 days a week but can't seem to stick to my points. I don't understand why it seemed so easy before and why it seems so hard now. BUT I WILL GET IT DOWN AGAIN!!! The holidays always throw me off. I know this works, you just have to do it! And I can and so can YOU!! I quit smoking about 9 years ago, so I know what you are talking about there, congratulations on kicking that bad habbit, now lets kick somemore :0) good luck!

I start weight watchers every Monday...( haha) Seriously though....I done this toomany times to count. I also have a hard time sticking with it b/c I love food! This time...I'm gonna do it! I would love to get down to 135...it sounds really far away and unreasonable right now...but it would be great to at least get close to it! Good luck with your diet!!!! This is a great site to keep you somewhat accountable. (In addition to the WW meetings).

This is my 2nd time doing WW i dropped 25 lbs the first time stoped going to WW.. i taught i can do it by myself.. gain it all back..i forgot that keeping track of your food and going to the meeting really helps keep you on track not to eat bad...we are here for you...good luck
