“Pré” almoço: Sopa de legumes (batata, courgette, cenoura, cebola e alho) cozidos em água e um pouco de sal e triturados na varinha mágica. Enquanto a carne de peru termina de assar, abrimos o apetite com uma bela sopa nutritiva.
