Sometimes when you cut too many calories, your metabolism slows and you don't lose. Then again, it could just be your body adjusting and you may see a good loss next week. It's hard to tell. Maybe zig zag those calories (high and low days to help jump start your metabolism). Kick up your exercise plan (longer duration or higher intensity). See if you are eating a lot of sodium. Good luck!

Well, I am trying to "snack" every two hours like everyone says to keep the metabolism going. One week I lost 4 pounds!!! Then it just kind of slowed down. I know the sodium is a killer!! :( and I have noticed that I have been consuming a lot of that. It is crazy when you read labels on EVERYTHING now, the ridiculous amount of sodium in everything. Even stuff you would never think had any. Crazy. But I am still doing ok, I haven't gained any weight back. :) I joined the Scare 15 pounds challenge and am going home to ride my bike today!!! Thanks for the input.
