Very busy week at work, so harder to track food. I have to keep track of it though because I don't want to start to ignore what I'm eating. I've come this far. I have to kick it into second gear now. I hate it when I work from 1-10 because my eating cycle gets disturbed and it's hard enough for me to remember what I ate that day, let alone 2 days past.
I do feel better about other bad habits. I'm trying to focus on other things about myself as well and not let those get in the way of success as an individual.
