I think I've accidentally slipped my Christmas head on early! My meals are getting bigger and higher in calories, my tracking is slipping, my active days are dropping... I need to kick myself up the arse and remember that there's nearly 3 weeks til Christmas and I don't have the luxury of letting myself slip-slide into the silly season 😠
