hitting a plateau can happen for many reasons, and often lasts longer than a week. If your're exercising a lot, it'll show on your clothes more than on the scale. Give it a little time, and don't let it demotivate you! If you're consistently eating less than your TDEE allows, you WILL start dropping again soon. We're all gonna make it!

Sleep, stress and emotional trouble can also sabotage weightloss, so make sure you release/resolve conflict (esp with yourself), manage your stress and get enough sleep 💫💪

It's normal! Keep doing what you're doing. If you don't lose weight for 2 weeks, lower your calorie intake by 250 cal. The rest of the comments were also good advice. You're on the right track! Keep going!

You go girl.. I just want to remind you of drinking water if you don't already. Sometimes the same for too long had me a a plateau. If you have a sweet tooth rather drinking Sprite or Coke Zero or do a Zero Chocolate.

Been doing IF for a few years now and what I've noticed is that its not the same experience for men and woman alike. The difference in hormonal shifts can affect your one way or the other, keep it going, you can't go wrong as long as you know you're heading in the right direction ( eating healthy, having healthy habits )

Stick to your calorie deficit consistently. Don’t diet too aggressively for too long. For example, diet 4 weeks, take one week off and stay at maintenance calories. This stops your body from thinking it’s in starvation mode and slowing down metabolism.

Remember if you are exercising that may mean your body is now building more muscle therefore, building more muscle at same pace that you are losing fat hence the “same weight”

Just remember to track your progress in your body measurements and how your clothing fits - the scale does not equal body fat and a lot of the time your body holds onto water which makes the scale go up
Keep up the good work and don’t be discouraged by the scale!
