Had more than 2 servings of pasta and a slice of homemade cake.
When I get home from work that is the problem for me. I need to have better self control.

If you know you are starving when you get home, plan out a low point snack. Something you really enjoy to help curb your appetite a bit. Maybe even bring something for the car ride home so you aren't as hungry when you get there. Maybe string cheese and apple slices.
