Trying out weighing just once a week after meeting with a dietitian. Going to see if it is less stressful but that I can still see forward progress. 3 pounds in 9 days (as I have chose Sundays for weigh-in) is decent progress.
134.5 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 37.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

it's only less stressful if you see a drop 🙄 i can't do it. Its easy to creep up over the week. if you can do it. that's great

My nutritionist recommended the same for weigh ins. It was tough at first but now I have to sometimes remind myself to weigh. I don’t obsess so much when I only weigh once a week.
