Went on a 3 day food bender over Thanksgiving. It was wonderful and then I got back on track. So I'm proud of that but I'm still undoing the damage and my 1st diet round ends in the next few days so I won't hit the 30 pound drop like I wanted but at leat I'm not gaining the holiday 10!

well your bender was shorter than mine! I'm also back on track and I'll see what damage I did weight wise on Sunday. Meanwhile, I felt horrible on that bender (tired, sluggish) and I'm excited to be back on track
