ontem comecei treino para fortalecimento muscular e gluteo, membros inferiores serão todos os dias, intercalado com superiores. 2g l,carnitina, 3g creatina, 5g aminopower pré treino, 5h manhã. pos treino café manhã completo + 20g whey com 5g aminopower.

jantar anterior completo por ser meu pretreino
74.6 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
