Somehow my patterns evolved to me weighing myself every day and tracking in four different apps! (WW Conair Scale, Happy Scale, Fitbit and Fat Secret) It really helps me to weigh daily, but tracking in four different apps daily isn’t necessary…going to keep using my WW scale app and update all others periodically.
68.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
