Don’t be discouraged! Start with no sugar and no carbs at breakfast. No bread, no fruit juice, no oats, no cereal. Nothing sweet in your coffee. Try eggs and sausage or bacon. As much as you want. That will get you through without cravings until noon. Avoid sweet things, bread and pasta. Try it for a few days. See if it works for you. It made a world of difference for me.

Maybe try carnivore or animal based WOE. High protein & fat, low or no carb.
