Day 6 of my diet journey . I am under no delusion of how hard this is going to be . My problem is I never fully commit 100% . But this time I am going to try . I have some just lovely clothes, that just sit there in the wardrobe and idiot me I can't seem to put them on . The reason is so bloody obvious, I have put on too much weight and they are all one size too small . So Com'on Sue , get your ass in to forward gear. And finally make a difference to my life going forward .
