Day 7 -- 365 Yes I know I am still trying . But not eating good food last week and this week . Having a new kitchen fitted . And yes I also know I started up tge group and I should be doing better . Got to get my bum off the settee and get moving My boby is slowly starting to fight back . Awaiting a visit to the hospital for my back And once things are sorted I will be introducing a exercise session .
