This is my first day that I am logging this stuff down. I haven't taken my weight but I will do it before the end of the day. I'm am out to determine that having more fat in my diet is actually beneficial and I will be more active and healthy as a result. Particularly dairy fat like butter. Along the way I will try to measure my blood pressure and take a blood test for cholesterol. I won't just eat any fat though. I will try to seek natural unprocessed fat that are likely to be high in omega 3.
For breakfast I had a cup of Trader Joe's Joe O's and a quarter cup of Trader Joe's half and half. I also took two fish oil capsules. Afterward I walked a mile to work in 16 minutes.
