please tell me yall see a difference..my weight loss has been so slow .5 kgs down in 6 months.

you definitely look slimmer, your bra fits better (which means your breast size has gone down, happens a lot when you lose weight) and your tights are a bit lose.

yep...you definitely shed quite a bit of fat around your stomach and thighs. The scale can be deceiving sometimes. you are doing well. Keep going!

yep, there is a noticeable difference, even your bra fits better. The side bulge has disappeared. You stoamch and thighs have toned up nicely.
