Family gathering with my sister's gang yesterday and I am exhausted. Her one daughter, 4 of her grandchildren and their spouses, and 4 of her great grands plus one more on the way, plus extended family and friends. I lost count how many were there. But I did well, I ate only what I knew I should. Skipped the cake and alcohol. The drive there was nice as my son was my chauffeur. It was an awesome day. But between the event and the drive, yep, exhausted here. Fortunately, I was given the large salad tray to take home. It's nice to have such a supportive family. So today I haven't had to cook and I am all set for the weekend.

My system is in back up mode, even with the fiber I try to eat. However feels like that is about to change soon. I suspect my weight will as well in a positive way.
