I've been trapped at 314 for a week or 2 now. I did not originally log it because I thought it was water weight that would disperse itself within a few days. Admittedly, my snacking hasn't been the greatest since then. I'm a horrible binge eater. Boredom always gets me. Since yesterday, I've been back on my normal eating habits. Minimal snacking and healthy, macro-balanced meals. I really wanted to get under 310 before my trip to Kentucky near the end of this month (LTL festival 🤘😝). Fortunately, the grounds for the festival are massive, so lots of walking! I am hoping to see some progress as a result.
