I had made good progress on my own this past year getting down to about 182, but the last 3-4 months was in a plateau and started overeating again and getting out of my habits so I’m gonna try to get myself set straight and try to get back on track!
87.4 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
