Starting over after a huge binge the other evening really helped me take a moment to reflect about my goals and really get perspective on my habits and the changes I’m trying to make, so at least there’s that silver lining to a mild setback (gained back about 8 lbs of the 30 or so I’d lost again overall). I’m trying to make this time around (this is my third time gaining and losing this same 70-80 lbs ugh) really count and I’m really seeing my habits stick so I’m proud of that.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
