I always feel tremendous guilt when I go over my set calories for the day. We went out to eat with some of our friends we don't see often cause they live a few hours away. I ordered wings so that I'd at least get some protein in. I have felt horrible since. It's truly amazing how your body adapts and reacts to what you put in it. We have to go out to eat tomorrow with family (they want chinese), and I'm honestly dreading it a bit. I've gotten to the point where I'd rather cook my own healthy food at home than go out 😅
If only the past version of myself could see me now
