Restless day full of cravings, ate more than normal but tried hard to make it healthier choices. Tried replacing noodles with squash, a vegetable I have not eaten since childhood. Wow was I very pleasantly surprised. Hoping when I weigh in tomorrow I not worse than I already expect.
